Refugee Skills Audit report
This is a summary report on the Refugee Skills Audit for Wales conducted by Welsh Refugee
Council (WRC) and funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) Equal programme.
The report sets out the background and objectives of the project, the main findings and a
series of recommendations to address barriers to refugee employment in Wales.
It is aimed at the Welsh Assembly Government, UK Government, education and training
institutions, service providers, employers, Job Centre Plus and other employment agencies.
